Privacy Notice

This notice explains how UNOMAP TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, Reg. No. 201801000359 (1262372-T), trading as NexLink Systems ("NexLink", "we"), handles personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It is written to be read, not skimmed past: we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. Our website has no forms and no accounts. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to send: your name or number, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to reply and to scope the work you asked about.
- Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our server records standard request logs (page requested, timestamp, IP address) for security and troubleshooting. We also count button clicks on our own server (page and button name only) to understand which pages work. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share data for marketing.
- A theme preference. The dark/light toggle stores a single value in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Third-party services on this site
- Cloudflare sits in front of our server for security and performance, and processes requests to deliver the site.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps load from Google's servers on some pages; Google may log those requests under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own terms once you start a chat.
How long we keep it
Contact conversations are kept for as long as needed to serve you or as required for business records. Technical logs rotate automatically and are not kept long-term.
Client project data
Data we handle while delivering client projects (for example inside a client's network, application, or Private AI deployment) belongs to the client, stays within the agreed environment, and is covered by the project agreement — not by this website notice.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete a conversation history. Contact us at [email protected] or +6011-2867 6756 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
